We ship MOST domestic orders via USPS for a total fee of $5.00 per order. Some items are oversized or overweight and require additional shipping charges. These items are clearly marked on the website. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt or sooner.
We can ship beyond the continental United States but additional shipping fees will be required. The typical $5.00 per order shipping will NOT apply. Please contact us by email to receive a quote on shipping.
- Please CHECK YOUR ORDER carefully upon arrival to be sure all items have been included and are in good condition.
- Please contact us immediately with any concerns or if your order is damaged during shipment.
- Retain all shipping materials, packing and contents for USPS insurance resolution.
- Photos are also helpful when contacting us regarding shipment damage.
- Any reports or damages or requests for returns/replacement of merchandise must be made within THREE (3) DAYS OF RECEIPT.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
- Store credit will be given for the exact cost of returned merchandise.
- The items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.
